Biographical

William J. Eling was admitted in 1980 to practice before the Court of the State of Washington and the United States District Court, Western District of Washington. Mr. Eling earned his law degree from the University of Washington where he was a Mock Court finalist. He was awarded an Honors Degree in Philosophy, magna cum laude from Gonzaga University in 1977.

Mr. Eling is a member of the Washington State Bar Association (WSBA) and the Clark County Bar Association (CCBA). He is a member of the Washington State Association of Municipal Attorneys and WSBA’s Real Property, Probate and Trust Section.

Over 24 years of practice, Mr. Eling has represented a wide variety of clients from closely held businesses and municipalities to families, individuals, and other professionals. He has handled matters involving the State Department of Ecology, Department of Social and Health Services, and Financial Institutions. Real property transactions include sale of primary residence to million dollar transactions.

Mr. Eling was born in Vancouver, Washington.
